Mirnii company exist from 1936.
The company includes wine plant for the production of collectional
wines. It produces 40 types of wine products, among them:
- Southern
- Russian champagne made in a classical way.
- matured
wines - Cabernet, Traminer, Risling, Rkatsiteli
- strong matured wines - "Kuban Krepkoe",
"Krasnaja Grozdj"
- dessert wines - "Buket Kubani",
"Cahors 32", "Easter Wine" and other.
Currently
the plant vineyards occupy the square of 1005 hectares which
is 8% of general areas of Russian vineyards. An average harvest
during the last 20 years is 10100 kg from one hectare. It is planned
to increase the collection of grape up to 12 thousand tons a year.
The types of grape used in wine making are: Cabernet - Sovignon,
Shardone, Merlo, Saperavi, Sovignon, Pino - blane, Pino - frane,
Traminer, Muscat.
In 2001 the plant began sufficient
reorganization. It started to use the most modern equipment. They
reduced hand making processes and increased mechanical ones. The
technology itself was changed to increase the harvest collection
without increasing the number of workers.

high quality wines in Russia. The wine plant does not only install
new progressive technologies but also keeps traditions of classical
wine making. Oak barrels which are available are of high value.
This allows to make original exclusive collectional wines, which
are being stored in special wine - cellars.
