Wine companies of Anapa region and Novorossiisk.
The city-resort Anapa is famous not only
with its Black sea coasts but with unique wines too. The most
important wine companies of this region are described below.
Lenin agriculture
industrial cooperation. The history of this cooperation
starts from the 1st January of 1933. The cooperation was founded
on the base of wine state farm named after Lenin. The main
branch is vine-growing and wine making. The sound climate and
rich soil ensure ecological purity and ideal quality of agricultural
production. The square of vineyard is 1110 hectares. 330
hectares are occupied by vine for wine production.
The
cooperation produces natural dry, special strong,
special dessert, semi-dessert and collectional
wines on original technologies designed by wine plant specialists.
The assortment of the production has increased during this
period. They produce nearly 30 names of wines, which are bottled
in 0,7 L volumes. The cooperation produces
champagne wine materials.
The wine makers work much
creating new types of wine. The first party
of "Krasnaja grozdj" wine was stored in 1979. In
1993 the new type of "Atlantida" wine was created
in cooperation. These 2 special collection wines are made the cooperation
famous.
The wines produced in "Lenin"
cooperation have peculiarity which is freshness and harmony
of the production. Beginning from 2002 some of the wines are packed
in to 3 litter bag-in-box.
