state farm "Sauk - Dere"
The
specialists consider the above mentioned wines the best collectional
dry white wines of Russia. Since up to 1978
Sauk - Dere was joined to Abrau - Durso. The champagne in
Sauk - Dere is being produced even now, though the parties are
not big. There is why this champagne is not so easily available
- the parties produced are quiet insignificant and they are
considered rarity.
The
assortment of the production includes red dry, semi-dry, dessert
and strong wines. The most distinguished are the following
wines:
Cabernet Sauk - Dere -
red wine produced from the grape from Sauk-Dere vineyards
on classical technological scheme.
Semi-dry
red Sauk - Dere. The wine is produced from combination
of red sorts of grapes. It has soft taste with slightly oily
tones and well - expressed fruit fragrance. Port 72
contain 18 % of alcohol. The wine is of saturated amber colour and
contains typical for port fruit tone of taste.
Cahors
Sauk - Dere. Sugar - 14%, alcohol - 16%. It is produced from
Cabernet sort of grape according to the special Cahors technology.
Sweet extracted wine with rich tones in its taste.

is the North - Eastern part of Krasnodarskii krai.
